Eligibility: Open to legal residents of Northeast Ohio (defined as Erie, Lorain, Huron, Cuyahoga, Media, Ashland, Wayne, Summit, Stark, Portage, Geauga) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Nominee (the veteran being nominated) must be a verifiable U.S. military veteran (active duty, reserve, National Guard, or honorably discharged) and a current resident of an eligible Northeast Ohio County. Employees of Premier Home Pros are welcome to nominate a deserving veteran.
  1. Entry Period: Begins [12:00:01 AM ET, July 14, 2026] and ends [11:59:59 PM ET, August 31, 2026] ("Entry Period"). Entries received outside the Entry Period will be void.
  1. How to Enter: Submit a nomination via the official entry form at www.premier-homepros.com/veterans-giveaway. Entrants may nominate themselves or another eligible veteran. Required fields include nominator name, contact information, nominee name, nominee contact information including phone and full address, nominee veteran status documentation or attestation, and a brief statement (250 words or fewer) describing why the nominee deserves a bathroom makeover. Photos are optional. Limit one entry/nomination per person. Mechanically reproduced, incomplete, or illegible entries are void.
  1. Verification: All nominees must provide proof of veteran status (e.g., DD-214, veteran ID card, or other Sponsor-approved documentation) prior to being confirmed as a finalist or winner. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that cannot be verified.
  1. Winner Selection: Entries will be reviewed by an internal judging panel based on the strength and sincerity of the nomination statement, financial/home need, and overall fit with program goals. This is a skill-based judging promotion, not a random-drawing sweepstakes. Winner will be selected on or around September 1, 2026 and notified by phone and/or email within five business days.
  1. Prize: One (1) bathroom remodel/makeover for the winner's primary residence bathroom, with an approximate retail value (ARV) of up to $25,000, provided by Premier Home Pros. Prize includes demolition of existing ‘wet space area’ and rebuild of shower or tub. Design consultation by sales representative or project manager will determine scope of project. Area to be contained to ‘wet space’ or shower / bath area only. Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered, except at Sponsor's sole discretion.  
  1. Tax Responsibility. The prize you have won has value that is considered taxable income, and Premier Home Pros is required to report it to the IRS on Form 1099-MISC. You are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes arising from your receipt of the prize, and Premier Home Pros will not pay or reimburse any portion of those taxes on your behalf. Premier Home Pros is not a tax advisor and cannot provide tax advice; we encourage you to consult a qualified tax professional about your individual situation. To accept the prize, you will be asked to provide a completed IRS Form W-9.
  1. Publicity Release: By accepting the prize, winner (and nominator, if different) grants Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, voice, hometown, and statements in connection with the promotion for advertising and publicity purposes, in any media, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Winner will be required to be on camera and provide a brief overview of feedback on experience.  
  1. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion, subject to applicable law. Sponsor's decisions are final on all matters related to this giveaway.
  1. Release & Limitation of Liability: By entering, participants release Sponsor, its affiliates, and agents from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in the giveaway or use of the prize.
  1. Disputes: This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ohio.
