3. Payment Terms:
Payment terms will be outlined in the project proposal. Customers agree to make payments according to the agreed-upon schedule. Failure to make timely payments may result in a delay or suspension of services.
4. Project Timelines:
Project timelines are estimates and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or unforeseen structural issues. Premier Home Pros will communicate any changes to the timeline promptly.
5. Changes to Scope:
Any changes to the scope of the project must be agreed upon by both parties in writing. Additional costs may apply for changes to the original project scope.
6. Customer Cooperation:
Customers agree to cooperate with Premier Home Pros and provide access to the premises as needed for the completion of the project. Delays caused by the customer may result in additional charges.
7. Warranty and Satisfaction:
Premier Home Pros stands behind the quality of our work. We provide warranties on our services, and customer satisfaction is our priority. Please refer to the warranty terms provided in your project documentation.
8. Limitation of Liability:
Premier Home Pros is not liable for any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the specific services in question.
9. Termination of Services:
Premier Home Pros reserves the right to terminate services if the customer breaches these Terms and Conditions. In such cases, any outstanding payments will be due immediately.
10. Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Ohio. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Ohio law.

Premier Home Pros SMS/MMS Program Terms & Conditions
- Program description: When opted-in, you will receive text messages (SMS/MMS) to your mobile number. These kinds of messages may include response to a quote, estimate, or service inquiry, real-time texts to ask and answer questions about our services and pricing, appointment scheduling and confirmations, feedback requests, project updates, follow up.
- Program frequency: You can expect to receive 25 messages per month from us.
- Opt out: You can opt out of this service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the phone number. After you text “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time or text “START,” and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
