Premier Home Pros CEO AJ Wadian Named to Greater Akron Chamber’s 2026 30 for the Future

AKRON, Ohio, July 2, 2026 — Premier Home Pros is proud to announce that Chief Executive Officer AJ Wadian has been named a recipient of the Greater Akron Chamber's prestigious 2026 30 for the Future award, recognizing the region's most accomplished young professionals for their leadership, professional success, and commitment to the Greater Akron community.

Presented annually by the Greater Akron Chamber, the 30 for the Future program honors professionals between the ages of 25 and 39 who are making a meaningful impact through their careers, leadership, and community involvement. This year's class marks the program's 20th anniversary, celebrating two decades of recognizing the next generation of leaders shaping the future of Greater Akron.

Wadian was selected from a competitive pool of more than 100 nominees by an independent selection committee based on his professional accomplishments, leadership, and dedication to the community.

Since co-founding Premier Home Pros in 2022, Wadian has helped lead one of the fastest-growing home remodeling companies in the country. Headquartered in Akron, Premier Home Pros has expanded from three locations and approximately $15 million in annual revenue to 17 markets nationwide while remaining deeply committed to investing in Northeast Ohio through job creation, innovation, and community partnerships.

The 2026 30 for the Future honorees will be recognized during an awards celebration hosted by the Greater Akron Chamber on Friday, September 18, 2026, at the DoubleTree by Hilton Akron/Fairlawn.
